This two-stage, timed-release formula releases half of the Vitamin B-6 rapidly and the other half is gradually released over a period of up to 8 hours (based on in-vitro dissolution tests designed to simulate the digestive process). This timed-release technology helps to extend the availability of B-6 to the body over the longer period of time.
