Can I return a product? What if I received the wrong item or my order was damaged?

Evergreen Nutrition makes every effort to provide you with products of the highest quality and freshness. Our ultimate goal is to satisfy you, but occasionally a product may not meet your expectations.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive a damaged product we will gladly replace the product at no extra shipping cost to you or issue you a full refund. Please notify us within 72 hours of receiving any damaged items using the contact form. Include the invoice number and the item(s) that were damaged as well as a phone number.

RETURNS FOR OTHER REASONS: We will gladly accept unopened returns within 10 days of purchase with a full credit for the amount of the cost of the merchandise you return. All returns of an item in a quantity of 6 or more will incur a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. You will be responsible for the shipping cost incurred in returning product(s) for refund. PLEASE NOTE: We can not accept returns on heat sensitive or perishable items.

Do you do curbside pickup?

Yes we do! For curbside pick-up, you can either order online and select “Store Pickup” as your shipping method, or call us at 541-485-5100 to make a phone order. Our hours are 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday, and Saturday from 10am to 5pm. Phone orders are ready upon order completion, as long as everything is in stock. Give us an hour for web orders, and call when you are in the parking lot—we will quickly bring your order to our curbside pick up table at the door to the far left of our storefront. Our hours are 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday, and Saturday from 10am to 5pm.

Do you ship internationally?

We are currently only processing and shipping orders with shipping addresses located in the United States only. We are not able to bill or ship to any countries outside of the United States.

How do I get free shipping?

Free shipping on orders of $99 or more within the continental United States and just $4 to Alaska and Hawaii.
Orders $50-$98.99 ship for $5 to the lower 48 and $8 to Alaska and Hawaii.
Orders under $50 ship for $7 to the contiguous states and $10 to Alaska and Hawaii.

How long do processing and shipping take?

Generally orders placed before 3:30, Monday through Friday, ship that same day via United States Postal Service. Orders placed after 3:30 go out the next business day. Orders placed on the weekend will be included in Monday’s mail pick up.

I don’t want to give my credit card information online. Is there another way to order?

At Evergreen, you can shop any way you want. If you don’t wish to shop online, you may call the store to make an order.

Is my credit card information kept secure?

Evergreen Nutrition has taken all precautions to ensure that your shopping experience is as safe as possible. Our website utilizes a technology called Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to prevent unauthorized parties from intercepting your credit card information.
