Natural Emollient for Sensitive Skin
Montana Emu Ranch™ Sensitive Skin Cream was created to soothe and moisturize and protect delicate skin. It is a gentle disinfectant than can be used as a facial moisturizer for dry, cracked and/or irritated skin. It is even gentle enough to use as a baby balm. The ingredients are all-natural and organic or wildcrafted when available.
Sensitive Skin Cream contains organic aloe and AEA Certified Grade A emu oil. Both are rich emollients that promote healing and relieve pain in addition to helping to bring other ingredients deeper into the tissues. Sunflower oil is a rich source of Vitamin E and is nourishing and moisturizing for the skin. This cream also contains organic olive oil, organic evening primrose oil, organic shea butter and beeswax to further nourish the skin and promote healing.
Natural herbal ingredients are also included in this cream. Organic chamomile is anti-inflammatory and antiseptic. It helps to promote healing, relieve pain and soothe nerves. Calendula and comfrey, both organic, have well-deserved reputations for wound healing.
Several essential oils are also included in Sensitive Skin Cream. They all promote new cell growth and enhance healing. Lavender is anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, antispasmodic and promotes healing without scarring. Lemon is also antiseptic and tones and softens the skin. Carrot seed oil is rich in antioxidant beta-carotene and other nutrients. It is especially good for dry, mature skin as is rose. Rose is also astringent, toning, anti-septic and anti-inflammatory.
In addition to its skin-healing properties, Vitamin E is a natural preservative and antioxidant. This Vitamin E is derived from non-GMO sources. Grapefruit seed extract is also a natural preservative with antimicrobial and antioxidant activity.
