Rose hip seed oil is rich in the omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids linoleic acid and linolenic acid respectively. It also has vitamins and antioxidants including Vitamin A (retinoic acid). Although rosehips are a rich source of Vitamin C, the oil does not contain this water-soluble vitamin.
