Suggested Use:

One to two tablespoons daily. Can be taken straight or
mixed into salad dressings, yogurt, oatmeal, cottage cheese or blended beverages. Refrigerate for quality.

SHAKE WELL. Stirring suggested to fully disperse flax particulate.
