Suggested Use:

Shake before use as sediment natually occurs. To prevent contamination, please avoid sharing bottles with others.

With head held upright, insert spray nozzle into nostril and depress pump completely 2-3 times. Repeat for other nostril. Use as needed. Wipe nozzle clean after each use.

Ingredients: Purified water, Terrahydrite™ (Aqueous Humic Substances), less than 1% mineral amino acid complexes.
