She has always been interested in how our bodies work and what makes them feel their best. Her passion is helping people achieve optimal health with lifestyle changes: diet, exercise, stress reduction and the use of the correct and necessary supplements.
She and her husband, Craig, have three adult children, one grandchild and a second on the way. She feels blessed to live in close proximity to family.
As a native Oregonian she enjoys the beauty of our surroundings and believes in the healing power of nature. She loves to bike ride, water ski, walk, paint and read.
