Eclectic Institute’s POWders
Eclectic Institute, our Oregon neighbor, makes some fantastic freeze-dried POWders. That’s “POW” as in Plant Originated Wellness. Grown mostly on their 90-acre farm in Sandy from non-GMO sources, all POWders are raw and gluten-free with the nutrients, enzymes and fiber
intact. The water is the only thing missing. They are packed with
